Web Evaluation

All of our ClickforHelpDesk service levels allow for full time support at a part time cost. We also guarantee a response from an instant message within 5 minutes (and usually respond in less than one minute) during business hours. We do our maintenance and documentation work in the early morning, late at night on the weekends to keep you productive and avoid interrupting the workflow of your staff. We offer different of service which basically are the maximum of hours available to you each month and a selection of tasks we support.

 

Initial Documentation, Security Evaluation and Setup

We document your network, workstations, servers and software, do an initial security evaluation, and setup secure communications between your staff and our helpdesk team so that we are only a click away. Our ability to support you over a long term is greatly enhanced by this documentation. Furthermore this documentation serves a reference for you on a number of issues ranging from software purchases and upgrades, hardware compatibility issues, insurance purposes, tracking assets etc. We also create a backup plan if you don't have one or evaluate the one that you have. The charge for this is $30 per workstation, server, or programmable network device.

 

Emergency Service

We can be on standby to help with business hour emergencies for $50 per incident with a maximum of 1 hour on each incident and off hour emergencies at $80/incident. We don't feel this plan gives the best value compared to a maintenance plan which has the aim of preventing emergencies in the first place.

 

Maintenance Level

We perform routine maintenance services and checks on your workstations and servers every month and can do so during early morning hours or late at night so we do not interrupt your staff. This includes things such as daily virus monitoring, regular spyware scans and external security scans. We customize a maintenance plan for you office and plan for a minimum number of hours spent on helping you improve or troubleshoot problems that come up as well as spending time on helpdesk projects such as implementing a thorough backup plan, creating training materials for users, rolling our new software etc.. Our minimum plan allows up to 10 hours per month for small offices at a cost of $300/mo with a 6 month commitment. But for up to 40 hours/mo, our cost is only $600. If you go over the minimum number of hours, you pay based on the same rate for helpdesk services. These hours also cover your emergency coverage, which is included up to 1 incident per month. Maintenance on a typical workstation is 2-3 hours per month depending the application and whether the hardware is in good working order and 5 hrs per month for each server. These plans also allow up to 20% of these hours to be used for web design, web programming, database queries, office macros, and content updates.

 

Customized Helpdesk

If you have specific applications which need support, we can train dedicated personnel on our team to be experts in that software or to create training documents or procedures. This can also be extended to your clients and allow our helpdesk to be your helpdesk in providing your clients customized support.
